Speaking through his Media team with an uncontrollably downpour of tears, Hon Aloysius said; I am deeply saddened to learn about the passing away of His Royal Highness. Mall. Salawu Enemani Muhammed the Aguva of Eziede clan in Eganyi.
Unbehalf of my father Chief Moses Ado Okino, Ede/Aguva youths and elders, my political party and Ajaokuta people in general, I convey my deepest condolences to all members of the royal families, the Ede/Aguva clan and Ajaokuta traditional council of chiefs over the passing into great beyond of His Royal Highness the aguva/Ede of Eganyi, who transited into glory on the 25th January 2021 after some brief illness.
The sudden passing of His royal Highness to join his ancestors leaves a great void both in our hearts and minds which will be difficult to fill due to the wisdom and dedication that he brought to bear in the course of performing his royal duties.
His royal Highness guided the people of eziedes clan and Eganyi in entirety with peace and love, dignity and dedication encompass with great vision and leaves behind a pioneering legacy of simplicity, warmth, care and affection for his subjects and humanity in general.
Speaking further, He said, His royal Highness was greatly respected and will be long remembered and sorely missed.
We pray God to grant his body eternal rest and grant his families, eziede/Aguva clan the fortitude to bear the gigantic lost, Amen!
